Konstructa Hire Ltd is a member of the Shepherd Group, one of the leading family-owned private businesses in the UK. The Group employs around 3,500 people and has an annual turnover exceeding £600m. Konstructa Hire Ltd specialises in the hire of site accommodation to the construction sector across England and Wales. We are now seeking to appoint a Hire Co-ordinator for our new Avonmouth office.
Key Responsibilities Your role will encompass a variety of duties including customer liaison, handling enquiries, developing new business, preparing quotations, administration and processing orders in a fast moving and demanding environment.
Skills Required As you will often come into contact with customers it is essential that you can demonstrate first class communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Clearly you will be highly organised with an alert commercial mind allowing you to contribute to assessing customers’ needs and assisting in providing the appropriate solution from our wide range of accommodation.
Experience Competence in telephone sales, both pro-active and re-active, would be an advantage though it is your drive and personality which our customers will respond to first and foremost - and so will we. The ideal candidate will have attained a good standard of education and have excellent word processing skills.
