Konstructa Hire builds on company growth and opens two new sites

Market leading construction site accommodation provider Konstructa Hire, is marking its second year with the opening of two new Hire depots in Rugby and Chelmsford.

As part of the Shepherd Group, Konstructa Hire brings with it over 45 years of construction sector experience along with a fresh set of quality standards including customer service, which is at the heart of the Konstructa Hire philosophy.

With a fleet of newly manufactured anti-vandal products which can be double and triple stacked, Konstructa Hire commits to delivering stock cabins to a customer’s site within 48 hours of the order being placed. 

Alan Paige, General Manager of Konstructa Hire says: “The company is expanding rapidly and geographically, Chelmsford and Rugby are the ideal locations for the new Hire Centres.

“The localities are perfect for servicing our growing customer base and delivering high-quality and robust site accommodation throughout the Midlands and South East. Both regions have a great mixture of construction projects happening, including commercial warehousing, industrial development and regeneration.

“We currently have four staff on each site but we hope to treble this number in the next two years and continue the fast-pace growth that Konstructa Hire has already achieved”.

Konstructa Hire site accommodation can be tailored to suit customer needs, including features such as corporate livery. The product range includes site offices, mess rooms, drying rooms, toilet units, as well as secure and container storage.

To ensure the highest service standards are maintained, all customers have the option to complete a customer satisfaction interview. The feedback from these interviews is used to improve customer service even further – a first for the construction industry. 

The Hire Centres in Chelmsford and Rugby are the fourth and fifth additions to the growing network, with other sites located in Dunstable, Leeds and Warrington.
