You can rest assured that our strong commitment to maintaining the highest possible safety standards means that the delivery and installation of your construction site buildings will be carried out in line with strict health and safety guidelines. To guarantee the safety of our work we have developed thorough method statements and follow carefully planned installation procedures. We will conduct a full risk assessment for your project prior to delivery.
Not only do our installation teams follow stringent safe working practices at all times, but our portable construction buildings are specially designed to facilitate safe delivery, installation and maintenance. Low-level lifting systems on all buildings eliminate the need to work at height during installation, and a host of other features – from ladder ties to forklift sleeves – ensure that personal safety is never compromised during the handling or maintenance of our buildings.
- Ladder ties – for enhanced safety during roof access.
- Low-level lifting system – enables buildings to be delivered without the need for operatives to leave the ground (to meet Work at Height Regulations 2005).
- Non-combustible materials used in the manufacture of all portable site units, for improved fire safety.
- Electrical specification – meets relevant parts of BS7671, the electricity at work regulations 1989 (IEE regulations, 16th edition).
